As the son of a retired Air Force Colonel and commercial airline pilot, Brendan was raised to value both the journey and the destination. It’s his goal to make the entire financing experience stress-free, while landing the best possible outcome for his clients. Brendan is a dedicated husband, father of two, and the leader at The Kolesar Team. Outside the office, he enjoys beach walks with his wife and children near their home in Carlsbad Village, but is also known to answer client calls from his paddle board on Mission Bay.
Tiffiney is the Production Manager at the Kolesar Team and a key point of contact for borrowers at all stages in their financing journeys. For over 15 years, Tiffiney has been committed to helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. To her, that means ensuring a smooth and successful mortgage transaction by supporting clients to the best of her abilities. Tiffiney is the daughter of a Naval Officer, and learned her core values of service, commitment, and character at a young age. Today, she is committed to these values inside and outside the office, where she is also the mother of a beautiful daughter and wife of 29 years to a former serviceman. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your real estate goals.
Jo Anne Taylor was born and raised in the beautiful city of San Diego — a proud member of Carlsbad High School’s graduating class of 1990. She got her start in the real estate industry nearly 30 years ago, working as a receptionist for an appraisal company. Since then, she has worked in processing, secondary markets, and even origination, before joining the Kolesar Team as a Production Assistant. Jo Anne is passionate about working with borrowers and ensuring a positive mortgage experience for each and every individual or family. She prides herself on providing exceptional customer service while building long-lasting client relationships. Cailon Moore is a Loan Originator with Cherry Creek Mortgage, serving clients across San Diego County. Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest and Orange County, Cailon is grateful to have spent the majority of his life on the beautiful West Coast. Before he got his start in the mortgage industry, Cailon specialized in hotel management, where he most notably worked at the St. Regis on the island of Kauai. It was there that he learned the importance of protecting the client experience and gained a passion for helping people create memories. Today, he puts those same principles to work as a Loan Originator, guiding people towards a pathway to homeownership and financial freedom. Cailon is currently living in Cardiff by the Sea, where he enjoys the local surf breaks and close-knit beach community.
As the Client Concierge, Kelli Kolesar’s top priority is helping borrowers through their real estate transactions and beyond. Before diving into the mortgage industry, she earned her degree in accounting at Sacramento State, and spent years managing her father’s tax and investment business. Today, she’s proud to apply her customer service and finance background to the Kolesar Team on a part-time basis, while also raising two wonderful children. For Kelli, every client is a client for life, and she looks forward to being a reliable resource for you for years to come.
Natalie Kern is a Processing Assistant with the Kolesar Team and Cherry Creek Mortgage Company. Having lived in several states, including Idaho, Utah, Minnesota, and Colorado, she was thrilled to finally realize her dream of putting down roots in California in 2016. Since then, Natalie’s career has focused on client services, including working as a Spa Director at a wellness center in Carlsbad, California. It was there that she developed her project management skill set and passion for customer service. Today, she continues to take great pride in her work and being able to make a difference in the lives of Kolesar Team clients. Outside the office, Natalie relishes life in California and loves spending time with her two adult sons. She currently resides in Oceanside, where she enjoys being part of the local community she calls home.
